Our Current Teaching Series: Caught Between Two Kingdoms
What does the ancient culture of the Colossian church have to do with our postmodern society? Actually, quite a bit.
The challenges the Colossians faced as members of the Roman Empire have many similarities to the pressures we face today in postmodern America. In this highly-charged political climate, many of the exhortations of Paul to the Colossians become specially relevant. From whom do you acquire truth? Whom do you trust? What is our response to a culture that seeks to fill and dominate so much our imagination? How do we accurately judge and recognize truth?
Please join John as he investigates the relevance of Paul’s message to the Colossians. We invite you to join us Sunday morning or through our podcast.
